Activated account, but phone shows no service, 16 hours after doing all this. Laboursome, laboursome, time wasting, and rage building. No wonder every other company has humans still working for it.

Try to reseat your sim once (Power off the phone, take the sim out for a minute before putting it back and power up)
If it still fails, likely just a sim provisioning issue. PM can fix it easily, you just have to open a ticket with them:
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there
