HI @JB6   Did you login to My Account and check your Account Status?  Is it Active?

 

Maybe time for renewal and Autopay failed?  There were many Autopay failure yesterday and some need to manually renew it.  check it

 

Of course, you should also try to reboot the phone, or try to put your PM SIM in another phone

@JB6  hi was it your renewal date yesterday? there where a lot of auto pay failures 

if you have an auto pay fail go into your account to see if it's active or suspended if it is suspended look for a reactivate button autopay does fail sometimes unfortunately  if there are no avaliable fund you may need to make a manual payment
