Hi woke up this morning to find out that I do not have service with my cell number. Was wondering if this matter can be looked more thorough on your end. Thank you!

Apologies for the spam in photos, currently doing this on my phone. I do not see a purchase eSIM option and only have the option to buy a physical one

hi @JManacsa

use the PM app to buy esim.  buy it from Account page, Purchase sim card and choose esim

Logged in and there’s no function to “buy new eSIM”. There’s only one option and to buy a physical sim. Is there a workaround for this?

I checked the app and my subscription is still active

I believe my eSIM got deleted, is there a way to reissue my eSIM? I tried to “change my sim” on the app but it wants me to 2f authenticate with my number that u cannot access plus won’t let me change the 2f from phone number to email

if esim was deleted accidentally, you need to log in to your account and buy a new esim.

alternatively...use this link to message Customer Support for their help..

log in to your account either app or web...then see if your account is still active or suspended. On rare occasions, autopay does fail, but ez to fix.
