Getting this error on my phone as of about half an hour ago.
I've tried:
- Resetting the phone
- Removing and reinserting the SIM card
- Checking my account status - it shows Active
Anything else I can try?

😞 me too Mowmar, I'm with you! I missed an important phone call as well, but these things happen, but when we look at the bigger Public Mobile picture ...this mobile company really meets our general communication needs, and is amazingly affordable, and their online support and community participation to me is top notched!! Thank you Public Mobile for being a unique, all "online", service provider. ( I am a senior who's gone through the learning process here, a little bumpy at first, but once you need to participate yourself for something, it's the best classroom!) Have a great day! ...time to make some calls 😄

Happened to me too. Missed a phone appointment with my doctor. Service back on now that I missed my appointment. 🙄

Yes! there's a Public Mobile outage. Shouldn't last long 🙂
👍 mobile phone was back up and running again in Toronto Central after approx 20min! 🙂
