Hi,
I just purchase a used iPhone XS Max yesterday. It is an unlocked phone, but when I put my Public Mobile SIM card in the new phone, I can't get any service.
I can get service when I put the SIM card back into my old phone. HELP!

I have tried all these. Doesn't really do anything here. I know the phone recognizes the SIM card because I can go into the Network Selection and turn off the 'automatic' tab and find Public Mobile there.

I have tried that. I know the phone can recognize the SIM card for sure, but just no service.

Try reinserting your SIM card again and reboot. It must be a phone issue since your sim works in other phones.
