My phone keeps saying SOS no SIM card and then goes back to LTE ? Why is it doing this ? It’s not the first time it’s done it either !

Right up there with what @Amber75 suggested, my first thought was also a potential issue with the contacts between the phone and the SIM card: Remove the SIM card, and wipe it down with isopropyl alcohol, and then a microfibre cloth to clean the electrical contacts. Try to re-install the SIM without touching your fingers on the metal contacts.

HI @ChrissyChay
if you have service now, it is ok
but if this happen again, something wrong with the sim card or the sim tray. From my experience, usually is the sim tray rather than the sim card.
if that happen again, you can test the sim card in another phone or test another sim card on this phone. At least you should remove the sim card , clean it and firmly put it back in.

As a very first step I would double check rjat it's not a hardware issue. You can simply do a restart and then check your network settings quickly. If that doesn't work follow the info Handy 1 has posted for support. Make sure the sim and tray are clean and seated properly. I had to uninstall and reinstall my sim on another phone and restart and it solved my problem.
