Otherwise, previous customers with similar issues had to purchase a physical SIM card and then send the SIm card number to customer service agent to complete activation. Then you could switch back to eSIM. PM will cover the cost of the SIM card via account credit. Telus and Koodo corporate stores sell them for $10.

Nope on iPhone I just made the purchase on iPad. But I don’t have the QR code confirmation email and only receipt and I asked customer service and they say they can’t generate code. But someone on this community said they asked them for a ckde

The issue is the option is already stuck on eSIM I don’t think I can activate it still even with a SIM. I bought the subsc Through my ipad so I was expecting an activation email. Should I give it more time to see if the activation email comes?

the app usually will install the eSIM for you after you reach the end of the subscription. Check your Settings->Cellular and see if the eSIM already there
and even you need to buy physical sim, it's ok, you can buy first, activate the account and change it back to eSIM after. And remember to ask PM support to reimburse the extra cost
