Hello, 

Just signed up and I am getting the message my subscription expired.  I just paid 42.00 for the plan and haven't had it even an hour and it's asking for another payment.  I am willing to pay again but I want a refund for the first payment.

@Dave441  Try rebooting the phone first see if that helps if you haven’t already tried it . If you have use link to support that @slusagm  gave you
