No Incoming and Out going Voice Calls

Is there an issue with Public Mobile voice network? I am not able to make any voice call and no incoming calls for days now. Data (internet usage) is sometimes works, sometimes not in the last couple of weeks. I did verified my phone bill is paid up to date. Thanks

@DansGrill    You could try putting your SIM in another compatible phone to rule out any device issues.

 

Perhaps also try a network reset by tapping Settings>General Management/System>Reset>Reset Network Settings.  You'll need to re-enter your WIFI password after doing the above.

 

However, if this has been going on for several days now, I'd ask customer support to take a look at your account.  Here's couple of links to either submit a ticket (preferred option) via chatbot or send private message to CS_Agent:
