After 2 hours fooling around I finally got onto INCOGNITO and bought the $25 dollar 500GB plan,phone works but nothing else,no browser(Google),no text with a picture,this service is starting to look like a waste of time or is it me,please help me I need this up and running I am going to Florida in 48 hours.

SOYES SX11,my friend has one and I got one,he has Public on it no problem,I will be giving up soon I'll pay 3X at BELL tomorrow if I don't smash the phone,no joke it was close to getting steped on 1000 times,I'm tech savvy and this is BS.

There was an issue with the activation portal for most of the morning but it has been fixed now.

 

What is the brand and model of your phone? Without that info its very difficult to help get your data up and running.

Still sitting here in Canada completely frustrated with this comany,I got the sim in the mail at 10am,it's now 4pm,took all day to get through on INCOGNITO but that's all done,bought the $25 dollar 500GB plan just to get up and running I'll add on later,the phone works for calls but nothing else,no test,no app store,no GOOGLE,if BELL wasnt closed I'd already be there and set up in 3 minutes,very frustrated.

do one thing Make sure your phone is off before removing your SIM card,

and do rebooting your phone take your SIM card out and waiting for a 2 minute and put it back and turn on -This one is quick and simple.

 

what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.

 

or can you do try reseat the SIM card

1. power off your device

2. take out the SIM card,

3. wipe it clean SIM card,

4. put it back and power on,

5. toggling airplane mode off/on,  

 

and do again Rebooting your phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.

 

How to reset network settings on an IPhone

Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords,

How to reset network settings on an Android device
  1. Open the Settings app on your Android.

Select the brand and model of your phone, After doing so, you will be provided with the exact APNs required for your phone on our network.

 

for iphone  go to Settings > Messages > To turn iMessage on or off, 

 

Turn your data on to send a Picture Messaging in world-wide,

 

if your data is off and your home internet wifi is on is not going through the Picture or a video Messaging, 


you have to do this to is go through you will need to turn your data on to send a Picture or a video Messaging in world-wide,

 

make sure your DATA is on.

and do again Rebooting your phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.

 @huffy47 : Unless you're buying 10 day roaming add-ons...this might not be the right service for you in Florida.

You'll need to verify your APN settings if Android.

For "Google"/Internet to work, and also for picture messaging you need to have your DATA option enabled on your phone. Is it enabled?

 

If the Data option is turned on, and you are on an android, check your APN settings here:

Also, you can try one or more of the below:

*Reboot your phone

*Toggle into airplane mode for a minute than back to regular mode

*do a RESET of your NETWORK Settings

 

 

ALSO, note...Public Mobile Plans do not work outside of Canada. But if you have any Public Mobile plan you can purchase addons to use your services while you are in the USA. These addons only last 10 days though; so I suggest you purchase them just when you need to use them.
