No Data Service When wifi is turned off

I have a Pixel 7, my sub is active, no data usage

I subscribed yesterday, im using eSim. I verified my APN settings I am not able to get data working. For example, cant connect to the internet, or recieve mms from contacts. Talk and Text work.

so you already did the basic, you will need PM to help to check.  Please submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")

you need to remove your old sim card

then Reboot phone and Reset network settings

if still unable to use data, ask PM to help

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)  Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen       

But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

I removed my old sim card.

>make sure PM sim is enabled and set as Primary
my PM esim is set to default, its the only one that appears.

>Then Reboot phone and click Reset network settings and it should work
I rebooted the phone and reset network settings and it did not work.

Am i missing something?

make sure you removed your old sim card or disable your old carrier esim

make sure PM sim is enabled and set as Primary

Then Reboot phone and click Reset network settings and it should work
