I can send and receive text messages, but can not make or get phone calls. Phone status in top left corner on phone reads "No Service"

Try Reboot phone and then click Reset network settings on the phone , check if it helps
login My Account and confirm if account is still active or suspended. If suspended, you need to make a payment to resume service
if active, then it is something wrong with the account, ask PM support agent to refresh account and check what was wrong
submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
(If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
