Just switched to pm, transferred old number, got text from old provider to allow transfer. Unable to send or receive text messages now, but could yesterday. Also used to be able to make calls, but couldn’t receive them. Now can’t do either. Tried to enter ticked and keep getting an error. Help!! Have rebooted, taken out SIM card and rebooted…

@Cameron1308 Since you've just ported and are having trouble, I'll PM you a number for their port team. A port should complete within 24 hrs, so if you PM SIM isn't working, you should give their port team a call.

Sorry to hear about this.
Please message a customer service representative at the link below. Coukd be a SIM card issue. They should reply tomorrow sometime hopefully. Sometimes they have a lot of requests and might take awhile to respond.
