I lost my old phone, and I am getting a new sim card and I'm wondering about my old number, it's still active.
Do I move my number over, cancel the old one/ get a new number for the new sim?
Thank you

Only corporate stores.
Are you able to access your email without needing a 2fa text to your number? If not then you'll need support to change it for you.

you got a new sim yet?
In case you still need to get a new sim card, get it from local Telus or Koodo store or get it from Amazon:
https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07R6P5KBB/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=AD2L5SKHPCC6Q&psc=1
or
Please note if you order the sim from PM online, it could take long to deliver, as many as 3 weeks
Once you got it, go to My Account from ONLY a desktop or laptop computer to request Change Sim card (please note that due to some glitches, accessing change sim care from mobile phone or tablet won't work)
After you logged in, unsuspend first if you have suspended your service earlier.
Then click Quick Links on the top right and select Change Sim card and follow the steps:
