Hi 

To activate my new sim card I need to input a code sent to my new number. I am not receiving this code after several attempts 

Can you help?

You're correct I am not getting another option other than to resend the code.

@AL991  I recently saw this happen to someone. They were trying to subscribe via the web page. You can only subscribe using the app, so download that and ensure you are using it to subscribe. Hope this helps

You're probably being offered "resend the code" when you try?  Once you are up and running it will change to "didn't get the code" which offers email and voicemail options.  But I'm guessing you're not seeing that at this stage.
