I previously had a phone with a public mobile sim card destroyed phone and sim card have gotten a new sim card and would like to use the number I had before but all my log in info was on my old phone wondering what I could do to recover and use my old public mobile number

@Oswald088 you can contact a moderator and they'll ask you questions to confirm you are who you say you are. I would tell you how to contact them, but since you're an old customer Im assuming you already know what you're doing. if it's been deactivated for more than 90 days you're SOL.

@Oswald088 If you can access your selfserve account select the change sim card option located on the first page below your profile. Enter the new SIM number insert the sim card in your phone and restart it.

@Oswald088 hello if it has been more than 90 days since you last had your account then you were out of luck You will have to start a new account with a new email and you will get a new numberif it is less than 90 days since you have been suspended for nonpayment click on the ? Bottom right hand corner and ask to speak to a moderator they will help you with your issue good luck

@Oswald088 When did you last pay for your PM account? Was it a 30 or 90 day plan?
