So my boyfriend set up my account years ago for me and has recently passed away. Im neededing a new Sim an access to my account.

@519-778-6129 When you contact support ask them to change your username at the same time. Make sure to change to something generic instead of something personal like your name (first name only is fine) or tel. number as you currently have.

Sorry about your loss - but why not keep using your phone with the existing SIM card?
Also I would not publicize my phone number xxxxxxxxxxxxxx - this is an open forum ......

Ordering a sim online from Public does not need your account. Changing the sim will need the account. But support can also do that for you along with regaining your access to the account.
Again, why do you need a new sim?

@519-778-6129 you don't need access to your My Account to buy sim card. you can buy it in person or via Amazon
As mentioned above,
get it from local Telus or Koodo store or get it from Amazon:

once you get the sim card, you do need access to change sim card from My Account using a computer
so, you do need to find a way to login My Account. Please open ticket as advised above for PM support to help resetting the password or change the login email address used

Your account is currently suspended. 611 should have worked though. Can you use another phone and dial 1-855-4pu-blic. Do you know the 4 digit account pin? Or do you normally pay with a voucher? You can also pay using the real time payment method in some stores.

Condolences, you don’t need a SIM to access your account. All is need is the registered email address and password.
So try to login with his email or your email then click on Forgot Password and have the 2FA code sent by text or email.
If all fails, you need to contact a CS_Agent to help you access your account once credentials are confirmed.

Sorry for your loss. Not just any store. They need to be corporate stores.
Why do you need a new sim? Did you lose it? Lose the phone? Can you access the email address that the account was made under?

If your phone is working with PM services you do not need new SIM.
What exactly do you try to accomplish?
To access your account you need only your email and password.
