Hello!
I signed up and paid for an account and an eSIM this morning(about 8 hours ago) I got a text message from previous provider to confirm transfer of phone number. Then a follow up welcome text from Public mobile that said to turn my phone off and then back on to complete the transfer. I now have no service from either of the providers!! Please help!!

Thank you for the suggestion. I’ve done all the troubleshooting listed and still am having no luck here. I’ve tried submitting for help in the chat, and I get an error each time. Just beginning to panic as I now have no phone service at all as my other provider transferee my number to Public Mobile already!!

@Kandis1 Check your sim manager in phone settings ensure PM is enabled or set to primary and reboot the device . If still no luck you can use this direct link to support to help fix

Did you download the public mobile app and activate the esim that way?
