Hi there!

I went to update my plan starting Dec 26 but my account page still shows the old plan. However Simon shows my updated plan. Will this update soon? Do you know?  TIA

@gpixel @HALIMACS @softech @Handy1 Sorry if I have changed the solution too rapidly. I just saw refresh in the solution…My point was to encouraged a new person who tried to help. Thanks for the good clarification everyone! And for your support to @Handy1 the new user who’s learning how to help here.😁

@Handy1

I am! you're making an effort good job 👍

@Lieux @gpixel @HALIMACS @softech  there edited my response , how’s everybody like that , hope your all proud of me 🙂

Uhm... @Handy1 , we were all 'new' here once.   As I've written before, we all borrow (to some extent) other's words and pictures.

Personally, I see nothing wrong with it, although I do support @softech previously mentioned thoughts that a person's own creations should really be their own.

As to this thread, I think we'd all be fine if you just went into your reply and slightly edit it to reflect an answer which would help others who may refer to this thread with a similar concern.

@HALIMACS it what I meant and what @gpixel @means aswell , we here are so now used to it . It’s sometimes easy to not realize new users would just automatically understand that … so do you mind @HALIMACS @if I use that picture in response to refreshing , certainly makes it easier for the community

@HALIMACS  @gpixel @Lieux

I think @Lieux or @HALIMACS  have the more correct solution

@gpixel was correct that refreshing the page won't do anything (if it does, we won't be suggesting those workarounds)

it depends on where OP cannot see the correct plan details, if OP meant Current Plan on Plan & Add-ons page ( https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/en/account/my-plan-add-on

there is actually NO  refresh spinner to refresh like add-on.   That's why @Lieux's reply about using Private page is a better answer.

@HALIMACS  has explicitly mentioned about the Plan usage refresh spinner is also a good answer

sorry, just my 2cents  🙂

(Sorry @Handy1  not trying to steal the solution from you, just that this topic was brought up and I wrote what I see  🙂  )

that solution is incorrect as refreshing the webpage doesn't do anything... HALIMACS has the correct solution

Thank you, @gpixel, that is 'technically' correct.   Refreshing the webpage won't display a non-cached version of the page on reload.

@Lieux , if by "refreshing" @Handy1 actually meant the self-serve site refresher icon as pictured in my earlier reply, their answer is correct.  If they meant refreshing the webpage, it doesn't.

that solution is incorrect as refreshing the webpage doesn't do anything... HALIMACS has the correct solution

@Red72  I changed the good solution for someone who tried to help you and not your answer.😁

@Red72 Try to look on a private page or a different browser. It’s a cache problem.
