My plan term ended so i made a new plan and topped up account. Funds were withdrawn from my account but nothing is working

You've done 1/2 what is needed to change your plan after your previous plan has expired.
Unfortunately you will need moderator assistance to complete the change. Click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number and an explanation.
Meanwhile, if you need to make phone calls try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi.

what does your selfserve page say?
does it show any available funds- if yes then the new plan was not activated
does it show suspended/ exired and avilable funds then do a plan change
does it show the plan you chose in your plan sumary?
