Hey all!
I am currently using PublicMobile with a physical sim card and an older phone. My new phone will only be available for an eSim.
Can I just get a new eSim from the website, attach that to my new phone and keep my number and subscription plan this way?
Thank you!

Is your new phone an iPhone? Canadian iPhone models still have SIM slots.

Just for clarification, I should download the app on my new phone and from there buy the new eSim?
That is 100% correct.

Hello @Shan8
This is very easy to do. Just download the app, go to purchase eSIM, it will be $5 to buy and then every eSIM after that will be free of charge. When the app is downloaded, go to Account at the bottom, the scroll down to Purchase SIM card then at the bottom it will say Continue with eSIM ($5)
