I'm new to public mobile. Finally received my physical SIM card after waiting a full week. Trying to link my SIM card to my account. After entering the number it says it is an invalid SIM card. HELP PLEASE!!!

@john-jiang The corporate Telus/Koodo stores carry them but you can call ahead to check on stock, see

do you mean that I can buy a Public Mobile sim in a Koodo store?

The solution would be to purchase a Public Mobile sim card through Public Mobile (can be slow) or go to a Telus/Koodo store and buy one, or order one from Amazon. If your phone can do esim that would be the quickest solution. All cell carriers have their own individual sim cards, they are not interchangeable.

Koodo Mobile SIM cards cannot be used at Public Mobile.

@Rtam18 Does the sim card say Public Mobile? There have been a couple of cases where a Telus or Koodo card was sent by mistake. If you need customer service you can open a ticket using the chat icon bottom right of the page. If it's not working you can send a private message to them using this link

There is maintenance going on currently so that could be why you are encountering errors. However, please ensure that you have downloaded the Public Mobile App and following the instructions.
If so, you can submit a ticket here.
However, due to maintenance you will have to wait until probably after 6am to try again.
