I currently have Public Mobile phone no with a plan 25 CAD/month. I would like to switch to the new plan 24 CAD/month with 4 GB. Is there any solution that I can do it ?

Only as a plan upgrade from the $15 plan. In fact, it was offered via SMS. If you were Public Mobile, would you do this switch?

Unfortunately, no. It's restricted to new activations only, as they don't want people dropping their spend to get that plan, and/or using legacy rewards to further discount it. The only workaround would be to port out temporarily, and then port back in as a new customer.
