New phone e sim

Hi there i asked a question couple months ago forgot what the response was and im here again i was wondering what i should do if i have a esim on my old phone and wanna transfer that exact sim to my new phone i tried doing it the apple way but it didnt work I remember someone told me to buy a empty physical sim and put my e sim number on it but i wasn't sure if it was possible can you explain to me once more please.

you have to download the PM app to your new phone, then log in to your PM account. From there you Purchase Sim and select esim. Select Pay and Install. That should be about it. That's the downside of esim...it's not transferable when you change phones, whereas hard sim can be put in our new phone.

E Sims are not transferable.

When you switch devices you have the choice of purchasing another e-sim or having to purchase a physical SIM card to use in the new device.

If you are purchasing a physical Sim card, you need to then go into your profile tab on self-serve and associate the new SIM card with the account by entering the SIM card details.
