New phone and sim

I had to get a new phone because I lost my old one.  How do I get my new phone hooked up with my old #?

That's easy. Just login to your MY account and do a Sim Card Change.

But what ever you do, don't try to just activate your new sim card.

You can get a new sim card from a corporate store like Telus or Koodo.

Get a phone. Get new SIM. Do SIM swap. Phone number will stay the same.

@tsmaikawa hi go into your account and in your profile change your sim number to the new one if you put your account in lost/stolen mode take that off first
