New number not working

The new number I just received is want me to verify but will not receive the verification code when texted.

HI @Clint4 

if the message asked you to verify your phone, I doubt you can get pass it via email, please open ticket with PM support for help

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

Try tapping "Didn't get the code?" and you should be presented with an option to receive the code to the e-mail address you registered with.

Failing that, reach out to the Customer Support Agents:

To contact a Customer Support Agent, send a private message to them by clicking here.  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar, or tap your Avatar down in Messages.
