Im a new member as of Friday, Aug 15,2025. My Iphone hasnt worked right since the change over.  I am unable to make outgoing calls, and Im very limited as to contacts I can send text messages to. Im not sure what the problem is and Im haveing a very hard time to get any answers from anyone at Public Mobile. I am NOT a Happy member.

Thay have already got paid for that month of Aug-Sept15 and I have limited service. How am I supposed to get things fixed for me when I cant reach out to a service agent.  They have my cell # and all my info and Ive heard from noone from Public Mobil. Doesnt sound like they are very Public!!

I use my cell as a way for my insulin pump to communicate with my health professionals and that is not happening either. I tryied to reach out to the health professional last Sat nite because I was running lows, but my phone wiuld not make tha calls I needed. Thank goodness my son found me at the bottom of the stairs.

But @CSA_PM confirmed you are already working with a CS agent? you don't have to post here , simply go to the Community inbox and reply agent and work with them:

you don't have to wait a full day, reply them and this can be resolved quickly

But I dont have time to wait for a full day. I need this phone to work. Im medically dependent on my phone.  HELP ME!!

What does your escalation do for me? I have to wait for someone they to email me. Does your staff there not have Canada wide calling?

In the mean time,  make sure your old carrier sim card is removed, or disable the old carrier esim.  Amd PM sim should be enabled (Turn on thos line is toggled on).  Try Reset Network Settings
