In terms of how to use Public Mobile, it's pretty simple: order a SIM card (mine took a few days to arrive), and then activate it. More details can be found here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-started

I transferred my old phone number from my previous provider over to Public, and it was a relatively easy process. More on porting your phone number can be found here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/choose-your-phone-number#:~:text=The%20number%20....

Otherwise, you can just ask a for a new phone number.

Did you go to Lucky last September as per your first post then and come back? Did you ever go? Have you been here all this time?

1. autopay - register a payment card and turn it on

2. loyalty - stick around

3. refer a friend - refer some friends

4. community - be helpful to other customers here by posting answers

What do you mean "use Public Mobile"? It's a cell service provider.
