@jazminwinston You can try to open ticket with PM and just tell them you need to change the email address and password as the old one email is no longer in service.
However, you will need to be able to answer all the questions they might ask, possibly the current email used on the system, current credit card on the system , etc. Not sure if you can answer all those questions. But try. Worst case, ask your husband's help
To open ticket with PM:
Now, you need to contact the Customer Support Agent to sort the situations
1. For faster response (2-48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.

**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply and work with you via messaging there
I believe these could be the possible questions:
1. Full name and address on account. ( Or province and postal code for newer accounts.)
2. Email, phone # and pin #.
If you cannot remember your pin # include at least three of the following:
a. Date of birth (n/a on newer accounts.)
b. Last payment, date, amount, type and last 4 digits.
c. Alternate phone number if any.
d. Security question and answer.
e. Plan amount, any add ons or promos on account.
f. Last 4 digits of sim card.
g. Any rewards in your account.
h. Autopay y/n?
i. Account #.
j. Frequently called/texted phone numbers in the last 30 days.

No. My husband has the account. He was paying. He is no more in the scenes. So I want to login and create autopay with my card.

How I interpret.....you want a NEW account and your old and no longer account you want to reuse.
If you closed or ported out.....you old account is closed. You need to start from scratch.

Do you CURRENTLY have an account and are just unable to get into your self-serve account

Do you really want to activate a whole other account with Public Mobile?
Some clarity would go a long way toward receiving the proper direction on how you need to proceed.
Failing all else, don't purchase another SIM card if all you want to do is change or update your e-mail address on file with a current service.
Please provide additional clarity on what your looking to do - we'll all be willing to point you in the best direction.

Do you want to open brand new account with new phone number?
You would need new SIM and new email.
If you forgot your email/pass for existing account, contact CSA by clicking here, explain situation and agent will help you out.

close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,
and try open one Browser incognito mode,
and try Forgot your password visit Here link, and enter your email address,
check your email spam,
or you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, and Explain your issue to
them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.
and them will reset for you,

If you already have a self-serve account you will not be able to sign up for another for the same line of service (the same active SIM). Please send a private message to @CS_Agent and they will restore your access to the existing self-serve account.

To open a new account, you need a new sim card, and a different email address.
Only permitted one phone number per account.
