New customer data not working android

I activated my card. Phone works but not data. I've tried all suggested tips. Still does not work.

Is it working now @Ahart   ... What ALL have you tried if not?

 

If everything else works (calling/texting) ensure your data option is turned on. Another good test is to try your SIM card into another compatible phone to see if data works then.

 

Perform a Reset of your device's Network Settings.

This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.

Iphone:

To Reset Network Settings, begin by opening the Settings app. Next, tap General -> Transfer or Reset iPhone -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings. and enter your passcode.

Your iPhone will reset network settings and restart itself.

android:

Find and tap Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options > Reset network settings.

and select your device modal to get customized  APN Settings  and rebooting device.

Let us know how you get on. There are some other variations of APN that might also work. Of course, be sure to turn on mobile data as well 🙂

Does Everything really works? Can you send/receive SMS and make/receive calls to your phone?

Can you check your account if you really have data available?
