New customer. Accidentally chose the wrong plan

Hello,

 

I am a new customer and wanted to sign up for the $34/50gb Boxing Day promotional plan. I transferred to PM from Telus. I accidentally selected the wrong plan and now am unable to switch. Is there an employee that can help me? I’m having trouble contacting anyone besides the bot.

@Frizzizle  What plan did you want if it’s not a plan that’s just for new activations you can always change plan for next renewal in your account and not immediately or you lose money on your current cycle as PM is pre paid and no refunds . But you can always try your luck with support

You can submit a ticket to a Public Mobile CS agent and they might be able to switch your plan.
