New credit card (expiry and 3-digit-code); trying to try Autopay, but its not liking my address.

EDIT:  Nevermind, I got it to work.....

THINGS I DID:  ###-D was acutally ###D after all.

Tried a few permuatations of the variants I thought of how it might be formatted until it worked.

I. remember back when I set up autopay it was particulary picky with the exact formatting of the fields, and I'm having trouble setting up the updated credit card.

If an employee could let me know how my address is listed in the records, that would be great so that I could update autopay.

I think the most relevant part is my apartment number.

I'm in a partiuclarly buidling, Room ###-D  (where ### replaces the actual number for my privacy), and I in normal use write it as:

Street Address of Building, Room ###-D

(where Street address of the building takes a form like ## ________ Street)

But I'm concerned if your records aren't liking my update attemtps because they might think its something like

Street Address of Building, ###-D

or

Street Address of Building, Room ###D

or one of the other variants.

Could an employee help me out.

My email address associated with my Public Mobile account is in the system.
