There was an error when activating my account, it says to contact customer service. Apparently easier said than done

What error did you get? Were you using the app to sign up?
To submit a ticket, start with the chatbot at the bottom right corner.

You can contact customer support by creating a ticket you will have to interact with the chat bot to create one here the instructikns to do so! https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/send-us

you can contact support by submitting ticket. please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

But were you using the app to subscribe? if you have not yet used the app, you need to download the app and complete the activation.
and you were activating esim or physical?
