Hey can anybody help me
Trying to set up a new account. I have ported the old number from Chatr but think I put in the IMEI number in slightly wrong and the eSim failed during installation. Have a feeling they need to re push the eSim. Can anybody help?

@MikeB4 I’d start with calling the porting team . Will send you the number private message . But you still may need support . So I’ll give you that link also
