I lost my old SIN, I bought a new one to activate it in my phone, but so far I have not found the way on doing it. Please help

HI @Freddycan
you don't "activate" a new account for that new sim card
you just need to login to My Account, go to Profile and click the pencil to the right of the sim card number to update your new one
When login and they try to send the 2FA code, just click Didn't receive code and then Send email to receive the code via email
or if you cannot login , ask PM support agent to update the sim card number for you. You just need to message them:
