Hello, I never received my SIM card ordered on December 30th. How can I get one? Thank you

I bought a public mobile sim card on Amazon for 6.99 and it was delivered within a few days. If you can deal with rebuying, this might be an option.

@Yvans   this is way to long the wait

 

did you buy one elsewhere instead?

 

open a ticket with PM support.  Maybe ask them to reimburse you the cost for you to buy in person at a Telus/Koodo store instead of waiting for another one again

Start by typing "Sim card order", then click "Contact Us",  then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

Sim Card should have arrived within 2-3 weeks. 

You will need to contact customer service agent.
