Just received my new SIM card. However, after entering the SIM card number it shows the number was already in use. I can't continue to activate my subscription. Please tell me what should I do now? Thank you

Where did you purchase your PM SIM? You should return it to the place of purchase and ask for a new one.

hi @Maple_gest8 check the number again
and put the sim card in the phone and test. Maybe you clicked enter once already and it accepted
if not, ask PM support to confirm, maybe ask them for replacement card
