Hello,
I have an expired plan on an account that is still active. I want to activate the plan again (is posible to do it, right?) the problem is I've lost the SIM card associated to this account. Can I still get a new SIM card linked to this account instead of a new account?

@alexir, yes you can change the SIM card on the account in the self serve portal. Provided the account has not gone into suspension for 90 days or longer, you will be able to change the SIM card and top up to restore the account to active status.
