Have received a new SIM card however the card does not save under a changing account. What is going on and why is this not saving?

Did what was suggested and still not working. Have a ticket open. This is my 2nd SIM card purchases from Amazon in 2 weeks not working.

Turn off Lost Stolen Phone/SIM if you turned it on then try again.

Changing to a new SIM card as previous SIM card was stolen.

Is your old account is Active?
You can’t register two SIM on the same registered email address.
Or are you trying to Change SIM Card on your existing account?

@messcal Just to clarify, you've logged into your self serve account and clicked Profile from the left hand side of page and selected Edit Account and then Change SIM option and entered the new SIM card and verified with 2FA unless you used 2FA to login?
edit: BTW, if you've the account into Suspension, you'll need to first Resume service and Change Sim card.
Try again after clearing cache/cookies and using incognito mode or another browser.
