lost my SIM card went to the mall and got a new one how can I link it to my account?

you have to Log in from https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/ and Click on Payment and click on
Plan and Add-Ons
and click on Change SIM Card
and you will see New SIM Card Number to you put it

Use your self-service online account to switch your sim card number and keep your same phone number and rate plan services.
Log in from https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/ and Click on (Sim change) in the main page.

Go into Self-Serve account > Plan and Add-Ons > Change SIM Card

@jasonsheard, login to your self serve account. On the right below my profile, you will see a change SIM card option. Click on that and follow the instructions. Pretty simple.
