New SIM Activation

Hello ! I got a new SIM for my daughter but its not getting activated inspite of the charge already going through and the email confirming that 'Im all Set'. For some reason , the activation text is not coming throughon the new number I selected. Any suggestions as we need to start using it ASAP. Thanks

Did you try to reboot your phone? The email should include the QR Code for the eSIM.
