New Plan can't kick in as planned today

I am supposed to switch to the $120, 3 months 6GB (total) plan today. I thought I was proactive to tag a moderator in Jan to fixed a glitch in the system so that I can switch to the new plan smoothly today. The auto paid by credit card did not charge the full amount by the system and my number is suspended. Very Franstrated. I sent a request to a moderator this morning hopefully it wil be fix today.

Problem finally solved, phone works again. Thanks @Shazia_K for making it happpened.

It has been hours and I still don't have a reply. I setup auto paid just to avoid issues and still having service discoonected. Please........Help.....Moderator(s).

To help speed up your request, make sure you include your phone number and pin number in your pm to the moderator (or send it now if you didn't).  I had a similar issue and they fixed it quickly.

@MarkHo  If you;'ve already sent a PM to the moderators they'll take care of it shortly im sure!  jsut sit tight and you shold be good!
