Hello,

 

Can someone please help me with cancelling the order I made for a new SIM card?

I did that, but I can’t verify my identification. It says verify with account and I tried using my community username and password but it won’t accept that. I am new to Public and I do not have a phone number or account with them.

I did that, but it’s asking me to verify account. I do not have an account with Public. I am just trying to order a new SIM card.

@Opeyemi1 contact a moderator  click on the ? Bottom right hand corner Ask Simon to speak to a human this will help create a ticket to speak to a moderator    check the envelope top right corner for a reply response time is 2 to 48 hours
