Hello,
Can someone from PM please help me. Last night I attempted to sign up for a 30 day plan with a cost of $47 per month (plus tax) with autopay.
It seems that $53 dollars was charged to my credit card, but under my account it says I owe $74 (seventy something at least) and that my account is suspended. It also says that my next payment date is in Oct with is crazy.
Can someone please help get my account working on the plan I want.

Same happened to me.
I try to contact moderator.
But,I 'm not sure contact suport team.
That's a complicate process , compared other mobile carrier.
Leat's try to cotact them.
I got same problem last month,and now.
Terribly sad.
