New Account: eSIM is failing to activate and install.

Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

Already paid for the month, downloaded the app and loaded it up. Logged in and when it tries to activate it just fails over and over and says "ESIM NOT INSTALLED".

I have other eSIMs installed from travel, and they all have worked flawlessly. Please help.
