Phone number did not transfer over

we purchased a package and the phone number did not transfer. Not receiving calls

@Davidkr , how long has it been since submitting the number transfer.  Also, did you receive and acknowledge the number transfer on the old service?  If your number transfer is stuck in the system, you can try calling the number in the link below and the porting team can assist.
