I got this message when trying to activate my account:
‐ Sorry, your account activation request has failed. Please visit our online community at href=" https://publicmobile.ca/community" Target="_blank">publicmobile.ca/community for assistance.
I then got an email confirming my account details.
When I click on the self serve link, it get this error when signing on:
Sorry, your login attempt failed. Please try again.
So I tried second time for active the account, and sim card is invalid this time.
Solved! Go to Solution.

Hey @crazycolby,
Welcome to our community!
Sorry to hear that you've experienced a failed activation 😕 However, I was able to get everything sorted for your and your services are now up and running! Can you please power cycle your phone and test?
Now, you only need to create your self-serve account: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
I hope this helps 🙂

I'm not sure, I had to order a new phone so I won't be able to check until the weekend, but I figure I should be able to at least log on...

My colleague had the same issue and he was able to get things to work by going to create account (link is on the right side of the login page) and restore functionality. If you are impatient, you can give that a try. Or wait for a moderator to help.

Hello,
I tried to activate my account and I received an account failed to activate message. Just wondering what to do now. I'm waiting for my phone so I won't be able to see if it works until I get one. I received and email saying welcome.
Thanks!
