Can a Mod help, my account was temp. suspened but i paid .No service yet

Can someone tell me how long before everything is back to normal??

You should remove your peronsal information but clicking on the 3 dots on the top right.  When you log into your self serve account - what is the status ?

.  I am paid to September 25, 2019 and have excess money in account.   No service. I do not remember my account particulars, so i cannot log in.

Yes, should need to reboot the phone to get it worked, it happened to me too 🙂

Mine is doing the same thing. When I went to get help and send a message it wouldnt let me. Said my email was invalid. Please help.

 

My phone, text and internet went down today too! I'm paid and up to date, with autopay on Feb 7, 2016,.

 

What is going on???

Please send them a private message.  I find it to be the best way to get their attention.  Even if you use the discussion board to reach out to them, they will still need to communicate with you via private messaging to exchange personal information.  BTW, if using the message boards to communicate with a moderator, you need to tag one of them.  I  can do that for you.
