According to message history, it looks like the OP ordered a sim and it was not received. Three weeks ago asked for a refund as the user had to go out and buy a sim locally.
Assuming the OP sent the ticket at the time, I would hope that an answer would have been provided by @CS_Agent by now, but as we know, refunds do take time. I hope the users refund is still forthcoming and that someone will get in touch with them to reassure them if this is the case.

@Maxmaxmaxmax08 A refund would only happen if they made a mistake. If you ported out, plan is forfeited and there's no refund of account balance.

Well, it's hard to help you when you supply zero details. Other than, PM is prepaid, and generally there are no refunds.
