No mobile network available..I restarted the phone toggled through airplane mode..took out the sim card reset the sim tool kit reset the network setting put the sim card back in still not working.. went to two repair shops for both to tell me there is a network problem with my provider what is going on?

did you have a chance to test the sim card on another phone?

also check if your current Samsung S20 is clean here (enter both IMEIs, one for eSIM one for Physical sim slot):

Nothing works I can't send text either. Stupid airplane mode is off but the quick button is faded blue is on.. which doesn't make any sense.. samsung s20+5g

It wasn't working all day yesterday I received text messages then it I kept toggling with it finally it started working I was making a 3way call when the phone decided to stop work again then I tried to call back out and it stop working again..I went to 2 repair shops for both to tell me ots my network provider I need to contact them so here I am

Which model phone are you using?  

Have you tried using the phone in different parts of Montreal?

and did you check your My Account? can you login?

do you have another phone to call 1-855-4PUBLIC and check the account status as well?

last, ask PM support to check and confirm
